I found this course ranks with the best at this price level. It is challenging, yet can be played at any level. I played a senior tournament here, found the condition of the course excellent, and the staff were quite helpful upon arrival. I have played here before and will play here again.

I was very much impressed by my first time playing Teal Bend GC. It is a quality layout that was in excellent shape. While it is adjacent to a large airport, the trees surrounding the course block out the proximity to nearby runways. This is an outstanding golf value with a very professional staff. I drove 150 miles to play Teal Bend and plan to come back next year with a couple of foursomes of traveling golf buddies.

The course was surprisingly well groomed and dry considering the amount of rain the day and night before we played. No standing water on the course. Great drainage. Not much snack stuff in the clubhouse.

The slow play that we experience on the day we played was due to a tournament that preceded our foursome.

Club house is normally good, but was closed when I made the turn at 4:45pm.

A nice, simple Sacramento course. Nothing special, but one of the better second-tier Sacramento courses.

Teal Bend is a nice course to play. You often feel as if no one else is on the course.
